Instructions, Part 1

  1. Using your own word processing software package, set up you page. Margins: top and bottom 0.2″ and left and right margins 0.2″. Set up the page in 2 columns with the width of each column 3.75″ with 0.5″ spacing between each column. (Note: ‘Tweak’ the margins, as may be needed). Select “Portrait” as your paper mode.
  2. Type and center all the information you want onto the card, not exceeding 5.5″ inches down the page. Copy and paste this information 3 times to get 4 menu cards on one sheet.
